This Thermomix® recipe for Savory Spelt-Quark-Pizza is ready in 40 min and yields 2 servings. Step-by-step guide with precise Thermomix® settings on MixBuch.

Description

This spelt-quark pizza is a great alternative to classic pizza and is super quick to prepare. The dough is ready in no time and can be topped as desired. I especially like to make it with lots of fresh vegetables, but it also tastes delicious with lean ham or tuna. The quark in the dough makes the pizza nice and juicy, and the spelt provides a great, slightly nutty note. Perfect for a quick evening or as a healthy meal in between. And the best part: It's also super easy to make!

Bake pizza

Bake the topped pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air for approx. 20 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven. Check occasionally and let hot air escape if necessary.
