Description

These homemade pizza slices are perfect for a casual dinner or an aperitif with friends. The base is a soft and light dough, prepared with flour, yeast, water, oil, salt and a pinch of sugar. The topping is simple but tasty: tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, oil and fresh basil to decorate. The preparation requires a little time for leavening, but the result is guaranteed. I love them and prepare them often, varying the topping according to the season and tastes. Try them, they are delicious!
