Description

These homemade falafel are a delightful and flavorful treat, perfect for a quick snack or a satisfying meal. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit! The key is to soak the dried chickpeas overnight to achieve the perfect texture. The blend of fresh parsley, garlic, and spices creates a wonderful aroma and taste. These falafel are naturally vegan and gluten-free, making them a great option for various dietary needs. Serve them in pita bread with your favorite toppings or enjoy them as a side dish. They're especially delicious with a dollop of tahini sauce!
