Description

These honey and beer glazed chicken wings are a real hit! The marinade in beer makes them incredibly tender and flavorful, while the honey and chilli glaze adds an irresistible sweet and spicy touch. Perfect for a casual dinner with friends or as a tasty appetizer. The preparation is quick and easy, ideal even for those who don't have much cooking experience. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • Chicken wings
  • Beer (66 cl)
  • Rosemary
  • to taste Honey
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • to taste Chili powder

Preparation (7 steps)

Marinating the chicken wings

Arrange the chicken wings in a large container. Add the rosemary sprigs and pour the beer until the wings are completely covered. Cover the container with transparent film and marinate for at least 2 hours outside the refrigerator.

Preparation for cooking

Drain the chicken wings from the marinade and place them on a grill placed over a baking tray. Pour the marinade into the baking tray under the grill.

Salting and peppering

Salt and pepper the chicken wings evenly.

Oven cooking (first phase)

Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode. Bake the chicken wings for about 30 minutes.

Preparation of the glaze

Remove the chicken wings from the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Add the honey and chilli powder and mix well to completely cover the wings.

Oven cooking (second phase)

Remove the marinade from the baking tray. Place the chicken wings back on the grill and bake for another 10 minutes, until the honey and chilli caramelise to form a glaze.

Serve

Remove the chicken wings from the oven and serve immediately.
