Description

This poultry salad with pineapple and celery is a true classic that I have often prepared for parties and barbecues. The combination of savory poultry, sweet pineapple and crunchy celery is simply unbeatable. The recipe is super quick to prepare and tastes both cold and slightly chilled. Perfect for warm summer days or as a side dish for grilling. If you like, you can add some curry powder for a slightly exotic touch. A great recipe that is always well received!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

500 g Chicken meat roasted
1 can Pineapple chopped
1 Glas Celery
125 g Salad cream

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare chicken meat

Cut 500 g of roasted chicken meat into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

Drain pineapple and celery

Drain 1 can of pineapple pieces and 1 glass of celery in a sieve to remove excess liquid.

Mix salad

Place the diced chicken meat, the drained pineapple pieces and the celery in the mixing bowl. Add 125 g salad cream and stir for 20 sec/level 3. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
