Description
Simple and delicious tomato mozzarella salad.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

500 g Tomatoes
-
250 g Mozzarella balls
-
1 Bund fresh Basil
-
1 Stück Onion
-
3 EL Olive oil
-
2 EL Balsamic vinegar
-
0.5 TL Salt
-
0.25 TL Pepper
-
1 Prise Sugar
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion
Put onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Sauté onion
Add olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Prepare tomatoes
Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Then add to the mixing bowl.
Chop tomatoes
Chop tomatoes for 3 sec./speed 4.
Prepare salad dressing
Add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Add mozzarella and basil
Halve the mozzarella balls and add to the mixing bowl together with the fresh basil. Carefully fold in for 5 sec./reverse rotation speed 2.
Serve
Arrange the tomato mozzarella salad in a bowl and serve.
