Description

This celery fennel salad from the Thermomix® is a fresh and healthy raw food variant with fennel, celery and apple. The salad is vegetarian, vegan and ideal for light cuisine. Prepared in just 15 minutes, the recipe yields 2 servings. Perfect as an appetizer, finger food or light salad.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 0.5 Stück Bulb Fennel
  • 3 Stück Sticks Celery
  • 1 Stück Granny Smith Apple
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Stück Juice of a Lime

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop fennel and celery

Thermomix® Setting

Cut fennel into coarse pieces and add to the mixing bowl together with the celery. Chop 3 seconds/level 5.

Grate apple

Grate the Granny Smith apple coarsely and put in a bowl.

Mix vegetables and apple

Add the chopped fennel and celery to the grated apple in the bowl. Add the juice of a lime.

Seasoning

Add salt and pepper to taste and stir for 20 seconds/level 3.
