Diese Beef and Salsa Tortilla Rolls sind ein absoluter Hit auf jeder Party! Ich mache sie schon seit Jahren und sie kommen immer super an. Das Rezept ist denkbar einfach und die Zubereitung geht schnell von der Hand. Das Gericht ist ideal, wenn man viele hungrige Mäuler zu stopfen hat. Die Kombination aus würzigem Rinderhackfleisch, Reis, Salsa und Käse ist einfach unschlagbar. Probiert es aus, ihr werdet begeistert sein! Die Tortilla Rolls sind auch ideal zum Einfrieren.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 454 g ground beef
  • 400 g cooked white rice
  • 30 ml water
  • 22.5 ml chopped red bell pepper
  • 15 ml chopped fresh garlic
  • 12 piece corn tortillas
  • 400 g salsa
  • 300 g shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation (6 steps)

Red bell pepper and garlic preparation

Chop the red bell pepper into small pieces. Peel the fresh garlic and chop it finely.

Cook ground beef

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir 1 pound ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Combine ingredients in skillet

Add 2 cups cooked white rice, 2 tablespoons water, 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic to the beef in the skillet; stir and cook until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.

Assemble taquitos

Spoon the beef mixture onto 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas and roll to close. Place taquitos tightly against each other in an 8x12-inch baking pan.

Add salsa and cheese

Pour 2 cups salsa over the taquitos and top with 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake taquitos

Bake in the preheated oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
