Description

Juicy chocolate brownies from the Thermomix® are a quick cake recipe with bittersweet chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs and flour. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 30 minutes and yields 12 servings. Ideal as a dessert, finger food or for festive occasions. This chocolate recipe is perfect for anyone who wants to bake a delicious cake easily.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 250 g Bittersweet chocolate (approx. 50% cocoa content)
  • 250 g Sugar, brown
  • 200 g Flour
  • 200 g Butter
  • 50 g Baking cocoa
  • 4 Stück Eggs, size M - room temperature
  • 1 Päckchen Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • Chocolate chunks as topping

Preparation (9 steps)

Preheat oven and prepare pan

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Grease a baking pan with butter and set aside. This step is done without the Thermomix.

Melt butter

Put 200 g of butter into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 1.

Chop chocolate

8 sec/Speed 6

Put 250 g of bittersweet chocolate in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./speed 6. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Mix chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add the melted butter from the mixing bowl to the chopped chocolate and stir for 2 min./50°C/speed 2 until the chocolate is completely melted. Then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Speed 4

Put 4 eggs, 250 g brown sugar and 1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./speed 4 until the mixture is light and creamy.

Prepare flour mixture

Mix 200 g flour, 50 g baking cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 pinch of salt in a separate bowl. This step is done without the Thermomix.

Stir in flour mixture

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture in the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3. Help with the spatula.

Fold in chocolate-butter mixture

15 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the liquid, but no longer hot, butter-chocolate mixture to the mixing bowl and fold in for 15 sec./reverse/speed 2. Help with the spatula.

Pour batter into pan and bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks as desired. Bake in the preheated oven on the second rack from the bottom for about 25 minutes. This step is done without the Thermomix.
