  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 200 g Butter (softened)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla Sugar
  • 4 Stück Eggs (Size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TL Baking Powder
  • 50 g Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 100 g Sour cream (for extra moisture)
  • 100 g Chocolate Chips
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 150 g Dark Chocolate
  • 50 g Coconut Oil

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop dark chocolate

Place 200 g of dark chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 8.

Melt chocolate

Add chopped chocolate, 200 g softened butter and 100 g sugar and melt for 4 min./50°C/speed 2.

Add vanilla sugar and eggs

Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 4 eggs (size M) and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Add flour, baking powder and cocoa

Add 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 50 g cocoa powder (unsweetened) and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Add milk, salt and sour cream

Add 100 ml milk, 1 pinch of salt and 100 g sour cream (for extra moisture) and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Add chocolate chips and walnuts

Add 100 g chocolate chips and 100 g walnuts and stir in for 10 sec./Reverse/speed 2.

Bake the batter

Pour the batter into a Bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.

Prepare chocolate glaze

Place 150 g dark chocolate and 50 g coconut oil in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.

Glaze Bundt cake

Coat the cooled Bundt cake with the chocolate glaze.
