Nutella Cupcakes

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 25 g Cocoa
  • 1 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 100 g Butter, soft
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 1 nach Bedarf Hazelnut cream

Preparation (11 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy

Put 200 g sugar and 2 eggs into the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 4 until fluffy.

Add oil and milk

Add 125 ml oil and 125 ml milk to the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder

Add 200 g flour, 25 g cocoa and 1 packet of baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 4.

Fill dough into molds

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake cupcakes

Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes. Do a toothpick test!

Let the cupcakes cool down

Remove the baked cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

Prepare frosting

Put 100 g soft butter and 200 g cream cheese into the mixing bowl and stir with the butterfly for 2 min./speed 3.

Add icing sugar

30 sec/Speed 3

Add 50 g icing sugar to the mixing bowl and stir with the butterfly for 30 sec./speed 3.

Pipe on frosting

Fill the frosting into a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.

Decorate cupcakes

Decorate the cupcakes with hazelnut cream as desired.
