  • 50 g Raisins

Soak raisins in 40 ml of rum.

Separate eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Remove the stirring attachment.

Melt 20 g of butter in the mixing bowl for 3 minutes / 120°C / speed 1. Add the dough and soaked raisins and bake for 8 minutes / 120°C / reverse / speed 1.

Use the spatula to break the Emperor's Mess into small pieces and bake for another 3-5 minutes / 120°C / reverse / speed 1 until golden brown.
