Description
This Thermomix® carrot cake is a moist delight with carrots, walnuts, cinnamon, and yogurt. This Thermomix® recipe is ideal for cake lovers and is easy to prepare. In just 50 minutes, you can create a delicious cake for about 12 servings. Perfect as a dessert or with coffee in the afternoon.

75 g Chopped walnuts

125 g Wheat flour

100 g Brown sugar

125 g Carrots

2 TL Cinnamon

90 g Sunflower oil

1 Prise Salt
Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare carrots
Peel the carrots and place them in pieces in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer.
Prepare dough
Add eggs, baking powder, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, sunflower oil, yogurt, chopped walnuts, and salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4 until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Baking
Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.
