Description

This cheese cake Petra Dangl, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a creamy dessert for festive occasions or the coffee table. The main ingredients are curd, Philadelphia, mascarpone, butter and eggs.   • 500 g Curd
  • 250 g Philadelphia (double cream level)
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 125 g Butter
  • 6 Stück Eggs
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 EL Maizena
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder
  • 250 g Sugar
  • nach Geschmack Salt

Preparation (5 steps)

Whisk egg whites

Put egg whites with a pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and whisk until stiff with the butterfly.

Add remaining ingredients and mix

Put 500 g curd, 250 g Philadelphia (double cream level), 500 g mascarpone, 125 g butter (in pieces), 6 egg yolks, lemon zest, 2 tbsp Maizena, 1 packet vanilla pudding powder and 250 g sugar into the mixing bowl.

Fold in egg whites

Carefully fold the previously beaten egg whites into the cheese cake mixture with a spatula.

Baking

Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 60 minutes.

Let rest

After baking, let the cake cool in the closed oven for 30 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
