Description

This crispy tart with smoked salmon and dill, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a delicious main course or a refined appetizer. The main ingredients are wheat flour, olive oil, crème fraîche and, of course, smoked salmon. In about 60 minutes, of which 25 minutes are active working time, 4 portions are created. Ideal for parties, as a hearty snack or for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 220 g Wheat flour Type 405
  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Stück Egg yolk
  • 100 ml Warm water
  • 200 g Crème fraîche
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 Bund Dill
  • 1 EL Lemon juice

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add 220 g wheat flour Type 405, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg yolk and 100 ml warm water to the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rest

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, place in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough

Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out as thinly as possible on a floured work surface. The thinner the tart, the crispier it will be.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat.

Top the tart

Place the rolled out dough bases on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Briefly stir 200 g of crème fraîche in the mixing bowl on level 3 to make it smoother. Then spread the crème fraîche on the tart and season with salt and pepper.

Bake tart

Bake the tarts in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until crispy.

Garnish tart

Remove the baked tarts from the oven, top with 150 g smoked salmon and 1 bunch of chopped dill and drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
