Description

These gluten-free curd rolls are a real hit with us! I love making them when I need something quick or when I'm expecting spontaneous brunch guests. They are so easy to prepare and taste simply delicious. The curd makes them particularly juicy and keeps them fresh for a long time. Perfect for anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative but doesn't want to miss out on delicious rolls. Sprinkled with some sesame seeds, they are a real eye-catcher on any breakfast table. Be sure to try them!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 300 g gluten-free flour mixture
  • 1 Pck. Cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 Prise(n) Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 250 g Low-fat curd preparation
  • 50 ml Mineral water
  • 2 tbsp Low-fat UHT milk
  • 30 g Sesame seeds

Mix dry ingredients

Place 300 g gluten-free flour mixture, 1 packet cream of tartar baking powder and 1 pinch of salt in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 4.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 250 g low-fat curd and 50 ml mineral water and knead for 2 min./kneading setting to form a smooth dough.

Shape and top rolls

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and use your hands to form 6 rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put 2 tbsp low-fat milk in a small bowl and brush the rolls with it. Then sprinkle with 30 g sesame seeds.

Bake rolls

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for approx. 20-25 minutes.
