Description

This baked salmon in Parmesan sauce is a hearty main course made in the Thermomix® with salmon, Parmesan cheese, cream, and herbed cream cheese. The preparation as a casserole takes about 60 minutes and yields 4 servings. The recipe is particularly well-suited for a festive family meal or lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Due to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, it is also suitable for cooking beginners.

  • Oil for greasing
  • 15 g Parsley leaves
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese, in pieces
  • 1 Stück Onion, halved
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Cream
  • 150 g Herbed cream cheese
  • 150 g Water
  • 1 EL Wheat flour type 405
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Stück Salmon fillets (frozen) (approx. 125 g each)
  • 0.5 Stück Juice of lemon
  • 1 Stück Casserole dish (approx. 30×20 cm)

Preheat oven and prepare casserole dish

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Grease the casserole dish with oil.

Chop parsley

Place parsley in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 8 and transfer.

Chop Parmesan cheese

Place Parmesan cheese in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 8 and transfer as well.

Chop onion and garlic

Place onion, halved, and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5.

Prepare sauce

Add Parmesan cheese, cream, herbed cream cheese, water, wheat flour, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec/speed 4.

Finish casserole

Pour the sauce into the casserole dish. Place the salmon fillets in the sauce, season with 2 pinches of salt and pepper each, and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 35 min. Sprinkle with parsley and serve as desired.
