Description

Quick and easy salmon teriyaki recipe.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 EL Flour
  • 2 EL Rapeseed oil
  • 5 EL Soy sauce
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 3 EL Rice vinegar
  • 2 EL Mirin
  • 1 EL Sesame oil
  • 1 TL Cornstarch

Prepare teriyaki sauce

Thermomix® Setting

Add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of mirin and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 teaspoons of water and add to the mixing bowl. Stir for 5 sec./speed 3.

Fry salmon

Salt the salmon fillets and dust with flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side.

Simmer sauce

Add the teriyaki sauce to the salmon in the pan and simmer, stirring, over medium heat for 2-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and shines. Meanwhile, turn the salmon fillets in the sauce.
