Description
This recipe for lard cookies is a traditional Christmas pastry. It consists of flour, lard, sugar and egg. The dough is prepared in the Thermomix®, rolled out, cut out and baked in the oven. Ideal for the festive season.

210 g Lard

100 g Sugar

Preparation (2 steps)
Prepare dough
Add 420 g flour, 210 g lard, 100 g sugar and 1 egg to the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading setting.
Baking
Roll out the dough, cut out cookies and bake at 160°C for approx. 14 minutes.
