Description

This lasagna pan with cream cheese sauce is a hearty main course from the Thermomix® with ground beef, lasagna noodles, strained tomatoes, and mozzarella. Complemented by fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery, and onions, it is ideal for student cuisine and lovers of quick, Italian cuisine. Prepared in just 40 minutes, the recipe yields 4 servings. Perfect for a simple family meal or a satisfying meal after a long day.

Ingredients (21 ingredients)

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 9 Stück Lasagna noodles
  • 800 g Strained tomatoes
  • 400 g Diced tomatoes (seasoned with basil)
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 1 Stück Carrot, large
  • 50 g Celeriac
  • 2 Stück Onions, medium-sized
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Oregano, dried
  • 1 TL Basil, dried
  • 1 Prise Sugar
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg
  • Chopped basil
  • Black pepper

Preparation (13 steps)

Prepare the vegetables

Coarsely grate the carrot and celeriac. Peel and quarter the onions. Peel the garlic cloves.

Chop the onions

Place the onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté the vegetables

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add garlic

Add the garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté the garlic

Sauté for 30 sec./120°C/speed 1.

Brown the ground beef

Transfer the vegetables from the mixing bowl to a large pan (approx. 28 cm diameter) with a lid. Brown 500 g of ground beef in the pan over high heat until lightly browned. Add 1 tbsp of oil if necessary.

Add tomato paste and spices

Add 30 g of tomato paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp basil to the ground beef in the pan, stir everything in and sauté briefly.

Add tomatoes and lasagna noodles

Add 800 g strained tomatoes, 400 g diced tomatoes (seasoned with basil) and 1 pinch of sugar to the pan and season to taste. Break 9 lasagna noodles into rough pieces, add to the pan and stir in or press down as much as possible.

Simmer

Put the lid on the pan and simmer over low heat for approx. 15 minutes. Important: Stir occasionally!

Prepare the cream cheese sauce

In a bowl, whisk together 50 g cream cheese, 50 ml cream, 1 small pinch of salt and 1 small pinch of nutmeg until smooth.

Stir in the cream cheese sauce and melt the cheese

After 15 minutes, stir the cream cheese sauce into the lasagna in the pan. Cut 125 g of mozzarella into thin slices, place on top and let it melt with the lid on for approx. 5 minutes.

Serve

Serve with fresh chopped basil and black pepper from the mill.
