Description
This gingerbread from baking sheet is a delicious recipe for the Christmas season. With the Thermomix® preparation is quick and easy. The gingerbread is ideal as a dessert or with coffee and can be decorated with chocolate or chocolate glaze as desired. The recipe is designed for one serving and takes about 45 minutes.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

180 g Butter

300 g Sugar

1 Pck. Baking powder

1 Pck. Gingerbread spice

2 EL Honey

0.5 TL Cinnamon

1 TL Ground cloves

350 g Flour
-
100 ml Milk

Chocolate or chocolate glaze
Preparation (6 steps)
Melt butter
Put 180 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Add sugar and stir
Add 300 g sugar to the melted butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Mix other ingredients
Add 1 pack baking powder, 1 pack gingerbread spice (approx. 10 g), 2 tbsp honey, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground cloves and 350 g flour to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Add milk
Add as needed Milk (approx. 100-200 ml) and stir for 20 sec./speed 3. The dough must be liquid.
Spread dough and bake
Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 20-30 minutes.
Decorate
If desired, spread with melted chocolate or chocolate glaze and cut into pieces of any size.
