Description

  • 3 piece Egg
  • 75 g Baby spinach sprouts
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper
  • Butter
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the spinach

Wash and drain the baby spinach very well. Make sure to remove excess water so that the omelette is not watery.

Beat the eggs with spices

In the Thermomix bowl, add the eggs, garlic powder (1 pinch), salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Incorporate the spinach

Add the drained spinach to the Thermomix bowl with the egg mixture. Mix gently for 5 seconds at speed 3 in reverse mode (Linkslauf), so that the spinach is evenly distributed without breaking down too much.

Cook the omelette

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil and a knob of butter over medium heat. Pour the egg and spinach mixture into the hot pan. Cook over low heat until the omelette is set to your liking. Turn it carefully so that it browns on both sides.
