Description
This lightning-fast cake from the Thermomix® is quickly prepared with eggs, sugar, oil, milk and flour. The simple cake recipe is perfect for Sunday coffee or as a family recipe. In just 40 minutes, a delicious cake for 12 servings is created. Ideal for anyone who wants to bake a cake easily and quickly.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 g Sugar

150 ml Oil

150 ml Milk

300 g Flour

1 Pck. Baking powder

200 g Icing sugar

2 EL Lemon juice
Preparation (7 steps)
Beat eggs and sugar
Put eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./speed 4.
Add oil and milk
Add oil and milk and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add flour and baking powder and stir for 25 sec./speed 3.
Bake dough
Pour the dough into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
Turn out cake and let cool
After baking, remove the cake from the oven, let it cool briefly and then turn it out.
Prepare glaze
Put icing sugar and lemon juice in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Glaze cake
Coat the cooled cake with the glaze.
