Description

These simple muffins from the Thermomix® are quickly prepared with butter, flour, eggs and sugar. The Cakes category offers a quick baking recipe for everyday use. In just 30 minutes, 6 juicy muffins are created. Ideal for a quick coffee party or as a simple cake for the whole family.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 50 g Butter
  • 40 g Oil
  • 10 g Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 EL Milk
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 EL Vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 TL Baking powder
  • 1 EL Cocoa
  • 3 EL Milk
  • 30 g Chocolate sprinkles

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare ingredients

Weigh out 50g of butter in pieces or 40 g oil and 10 g milk.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add 50g butter, 100g flour, 60-80g sugar, 1 tbsp milk, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, ½ tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 seconds/speed 5, push down with the spatula and stir for 1 min/speed 4.

Divide dough

Grease molds and fill in 1 tbsp of the dough.

Add cocoa

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 tbsp cocoa and 3 tbsp milk to the dough in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 seconds/speed 3. Or: 30 g chocolate sprinkles without the 3 tbsp milk.

Cocoa dough

Add cocoa dough to the light dough in the molds. Marble with a fork.

Bake muffins

Place in the Varoma, fill 700 g of water into the rinsed mixing bowl, attach the closed Varoma and steam for approx. 35 min/Varoma/speed 2. Or: Fill the dough into the muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
