Description

This clover cheese butter is a poem! I love making it when I have guests or just want something special for breakfast or dinner. The clover cheese gives the butter a very special, slightly spicy note that goes perfectly with the creamy cream cheese and butter. A touch of garlic rounds the whole thing off perfectly. It is prepared in a flash and goes wonderfully with strong bread or boiled potatoes. If you like it a little milder, you can also use a little less garlic. An absolute must for anyone who likes it aromatic!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

150 g Butter soft
200 g Cream cheese
2 tsp Clover cheese
4 tbsp Whipping cream
3 clove Garlic crushed

Preparation (2 steps)

Chop garlic

Add 3 cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Mix ingredients

Add 150 g soft butter, 200 g cream cheese, 2 tsp clover cheese and 4 tbsp whipping cream to the mixing bowl and stir until creamy for 20 sec./speed 4. If necessary, help with the spatula.
