Preparation (9 steps)
Prepare the dough
Add 12 g oil, 12 g sugar, 12 g flour, 6 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min/speed 4.
Bake the dough
Pour the dough into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Do a toothpick test and then let the base cool down.
Prepare the cake cream
Add 1 packet of cake cream and approx. 170 ml milk to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Prepare the pudding cream
Add 1 packet of no-cook pudding and 2 cups of cream to the mixing bowl and mix with the butterfly whisk for 30 sec/speed 3.
Prepare the cream
Add 1 cup of cream, 2 packets of whipping cream stabilizer and 2 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and whip with the butterfly whisk for 1 min/speed 3.5 until stiff. Keep visual contact.
Mix the creams
Carefully mix the cake cream, the pudding cream and the whipped cream together (without Thermomix).
Cover the cake
Cut the cooled cake base in half and spread the mixed creams on the bottom layer. Put the top layer on.
Finish the cake
Spread the remaining cream on the cake. Add the apple sauce on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Prepare streusel
Prepare streusel from butter and breadcrumbs (without Thermomix) and sprinkle over the cake.
