Description
This French game spice mixture is ideal for refining game dishes. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only 15 minutes and is easy. The spice mixture is gluten-free and lactose-free and is ideal for pre-cooking for festive occasions. It contains juniper berries, peppercorns, allspice and other aromatic spices.

1 g Marjoram

1 g Sage

1 g Mustard seed

1 g Coriander seed

1 g Bay leaves
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Weigh all ingredients and have them ready. Break the bay leaf into smaller pieces.
Grind spices
Put 10 g juniper berries, 10 g peppercorns, 2 g allspice, 1 g cloves, 1 g mace, 1 g thyme, 1 g rosemary, 1 g savory, 1 g marjoram, 1 g sage, 1 g celery seed, 1 g mustard seed, 1 g caraway, 1 g coriander seed, 1 g bay leaves (crushed) into the mixing bowl and grind for 20 sec./level 10.
Mix spice mixture
Use the spatula to push the ground spice mixture down from the edge of the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./level 3.
Store spice mixture
Transfer the finished spice mixture to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
