Description

These mini apple puff pastries are a real lifesaver when you fancy something sweet and delicious, but you have little time available! The recipe is very simple and quick, perfect for a delicious breakfast or an impromptu snack. I often prepare them when I have unexpected guests and I always make a great impression. The filling of apples, cinnamon and brown sugar is fragrant and enveloping, while the puff pastry makes them crunchy and irresistible. Try them, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Apple
  • 30 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 rotolo Rectangular puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Preparation (4 steps)

Preparation of the apples

Peel an apple and cut it into very small cubes. Put the cubes in the Mixtopf, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 20g of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well with the spatula.

Preparation of the puff pastry

Unroll the rectangular puff pastry on a work surface. With a knife, gently mark 24 rectangles. Cut out the rectangles with a wheel.

Filling and closing the puff pastries

Put a teaspoon of apples in the center of each rectangle. Close well by overlapping an empty rectangle and seal the edges well.

Decoration and cooking

With a knife, make cuts on the surface to prevent the puff pastry from swelling during cooking. Brush the surface of the puff pastries with 2 tablespoons of milk, sprinkle with 10g of brown sugar. Place the puff pastries in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 7 minutes.
