Description

This chocolate fondant is a real treat for dark chocolate lovers. I often prepare it for birthdays or end-of-year celebrations, as it is easy to make and always appreciated. The secret lies in the quality of the chocolate and the soft butter, which give it a melting texture and an intense taste. Accompanied by a custard, it is a perfect dessert for special occasions. It can also be enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a contrast of temperatures and flavors. A real treat!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 3 piece eggs
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 150 g caster sugar or granulated sugar
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 150°C. This step is crucial to ensure even cooking of the fondant.

Melt the chocolate

Add the eggs

Add the eggs one by one to the Thermomix bowl, mixing after each addition. Mix for 1 Min./Stufe 3.

Incorporate the flour

Pour the flour in a stream into the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 3.

Add the melted chocolate

Pour the melted chocolate into the Thermomix bowl. Mix gently for 30 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2.

Pour into the mold and bake

Butter a mold and pour the dough into it. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 150°C.

Cool and decorate

Remove from the oven and let cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Put in the fridge to set the chocolate for 30 minutes before serving.
