Description
This Mostbröckli cream cheese spread is a hearty and quick dip, ideal as finger food or an appetizer. With just a few ingredients like Mostbröckli, pickled gherkin, silver onions, parsley and cream cheese, it is quickly prepared in the Thermomix®. The spread is perfect for parties or as a snack in between.

100 g Mostbröckli

1 Stück large pickled gherkin

3 Stück Silver onion

Parsley

200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation (2 steps)
Chop ingredients
Put 100g Mostbröckli, 1 large pickled gherkin, 3 silver onions and parsley into the mixing bowl and chop for 6 sec./speed 8.
Stir ingredients
Use the spatula to push the chopped ingredients down. Add 200g Philadelphia cream cheese and stir on speed 3 for 10 sec.
