Description
This piquant tuna spread is a true all-rounder! I love making it when things need to be quick or when unexpected visitors arrive. The combination of tuna, salad cream, onions and pickled gherkins is simply unbeatable. The pickled gherkins give the spread a slightly sour note that harmonizes perfectly with the hearty tuna. It tastes delicious on bread, rolls or crackers and is also ideal as a dip for vegetable sticks. Especially in summer, it is a great alternative to heavy spreads. And the best part: it is super quick to prepare and everyone simply loves it!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

1 kl. Glas Salad cream

1 piece Onion, red or white

Pickled gherkins
-
3 Dose/n Tuna in oil or own juice
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop the onion and pickled gherkins
Peel and quarter the onion. Put the pickled gherkins into the mixing bowl. Add the onion and pickled gherkins to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.
Add tuna, salad cream and spices
Add the tuna (with oil or juice) along with the salad cream to the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything for 10 sec./speed 3.
Season and serve
Remove the tuna spread from the mixing bowl and season again with salt and pepper. Serve on bread or rolls.
