Description

This chocolate mousse with peanut and fresh raspberries is an absolute dream! I especially like to make it when I have guests, because it is super easy to prepare and everyone simply loves it. The combination of the intense dark chocolate, the creamy peanut butter and the fruity raspberries is simply unbeatable. The mousse is not too sweet and has a wonderfully light consistency. Perfect as the crowning finale of a nice meal or just when you feel like something sweet. The preparation time is short, but you should definitely plan in the cooling time so that the mousse becomes nice and firm.
