250 g Quark (20%)

250 g Yogurt (3.5%)

2 Stück Eggs

100 g Erythritol

1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder

90 g Mandarins (canned, without sugar)
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Drain the mandarins. Prepare muffin tins.
Prepare the dough
Put quark, yogurt, eggs, erythritol and vanilla pudding powder in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.
Fill muffins
Fill the dough into the muffin tins and press 2 mandarin pieces into each muffin.
Baking
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 160°C fan oven for about 30 minutes.
