Description

This simple dish is perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. The combination of noodles, eggs and cream is wonderfully creamy and satisfying. Refined with fresh chives, it tastes simply delicious. I often make these egg noodles when I need to be quick and everyone is always thrilled. Vary the recipe with diced bacon or grated cheese for even more flavor! The preparation is very easy and guaranteed to succeed.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 400 g Noodles
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 100 ml Cooking cream
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped chives

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook noodles

Thermomix® Setting
212°F/Speed 1/nach Packungsangabe 100

Add 400g noodles to the mixing bowl and cover with enough water. Cook according to package directions until al dente. Use the simmering basket to easily remove the noodles after cooking.

Prepare egg mixture

Whisk 6 eggs, 100ml cooking cream, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

Sauté noodles

10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Drain the cooked noodles and return to the mixing bowl. Add 3 tbsp butter and sauté for 10 Min./100°C/level 1, stirring occasionally.

Let egg mixture set

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the whisked egg mixture to the noodles in the mixing bowl and cook for 5 Min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1, stirring. Use the spatula to help distribute the mixture evenly.

Serve

Arrange the egg noodles on plates and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
