Description

I love preparing these sautéed noodles with chicken and vegetables! It's a dish I often make when I crave something flavorful and quick to prepare. The chicken, cut into thin strips, cooks in a flash, and the vegetables remain nice and crispy. The sweet soy sauce adds that extra touch that makes everything irresistible. Perfect for a casual dinner with friends or a quick lunch during the week. It prepares in less than half an hour and the result is always a success! A great alternative to the usual pasta dishes.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 250 g Wheat noodles
  • 2 piece Spring onions
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Peppers
  • 0.25 piece Cabbage
  • 300 g Chicken breast
  • 10 g Fresh ginger
  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation (8 steps)

Preparation of vegetables

Clean 2 spring onions by removing the base, green ends, and any damaged outer layers. Cut them into strips. Peel 2 carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Trim 1 pepper and remove seeds and filaments and cut it into thin strips. Cut 1/4 cabbage into strips. Cut 300g chicken breast into very thin strips.

Cooking the chicken with ginger

Pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into the bowl. Add 10g grated fresh ginger and 300g chicken breast cut into strips. Cook for 5 Min./120°C/Speed 1.

Adding the spring onions

Add 2 spring onions cut into strips to the chicken and cook for 1 Min./120°C/Speed 1.

Adding the pepper

Adding the cabbage and soy sauce

Add 1/4 cabbage cut into strips and 50ml soy sauce. Cook for 15 Min./100°C/Speed 1.

Cooking the noodles

Bring a pot of water to a boil, turn off the heat and immerse 250g wheat noodles. Cover and let sit for 3-4 minutes (or follow the instructions on the package). Drain the noodles.

Combine the noodles with the vegetables

Add the drained noodles to the bowl and mix gently with the spatula. Serve hot.
