Description

These oatmeal curd bread rolls from the Thermomix® are a high-protein and healthy alternative for your breakfast. The main ingredients are whole grain oatmeal, low-fat curd, and egg, refined with lemon and baking powder. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 55 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time.   • 100 g Whole grain oatmeal
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Stück Lemon
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Stück Egg

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 180 °C fan oven.

Prepare lemon

Wash lemon, grate zest and squeeze juice from half.

Prepare curd mixture

Add low-fat curd, lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest and egg to the mixing bowl and mix.

Prepare dough

Add oatmeal and baking powder and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.

Let dough rest

Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

Form and bake bread rolls

Form small bread rolls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cut in a cross shape. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
