Description
These Thermomix® oatmeal date energy balls are a vegan and healthy snack for in between. The main ingredients are oatmeal, dates, cashew butter and cocoa powder. With a preparation time of 30 minutes, about [number] servings are created. Ideal as an energy source after sports or for light cuisine.

2 TL Raw cocoa powder, strongly de-oiled

Preparation (4 steps)
Process oatmeal into flour
Place the oatmeal in the mixing bowl and process into flour.
Chop dates
Pit the dates, place them in the mixing bowl and chop until a paste forms.
Mix ingredients
Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, cashew butter and salt to the date paste in the mixing bowl.
Form energy balls
Remove dough spoonful by spoonful and form into small balls between the palms of your hands. If necessary, stick and spread a dab of cashew butter afterwards.
