Description

This homemade Okonomiyaki is an easy and delicious version of the famous Japanese dish. I have been preparing it for years and it is always a success at home. The combination of cabbage, potato and the salty touch of fish stock make it irresistible. It is perfect for a quick weekday dinner or to surprise your friends with a different dish. You can add your favorite ingredients such as prawns or minced meat. Go ahead and try it, you will love it! Furthermore, it is a very economical recipe and is prepared in a short time.
