Juicy gingerbread from the baking sheet is a Christmas cake recipe for the Thermomix® with brown sugar, butter, eggs, flour and almonds.   • 150 g brown sugar
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 100 ml milk

Mix ingredients

Put 150g brown sugar, 125g soft butter, 1 pinch of salt and 3 eggs into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 4.

Add 250g wheat flour type 405, 100g chopped almonds, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp gingerbread spice and 25g cocoa powder and mix for 30 sec./level 3.
