  • 2 Stück Salmon fillet (150 g each)
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 125 g Quinoa
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 2 EL Chopped herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 0.5 Stück Lemon (in wedges)

Add lemon juice, herbs, and butter

Add lemon juice, chopped herbs, and butter to the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 2/Reverse.

Fry salmon

In a separate pan, fry the salmon fillets in a little oil on both sides until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve

Arrange the quinoa on plates and place the fried salmon fillets on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
