Description

This oatmeal curd cheese bread is a protein-rich and healthy bread, ideal for a nutritious breakfast or as a side dish. It is easy to prepare and requires only a few ingredients. The preparation time is about 75 minutes, including baking time. The recipe yields approx. 30 slices and is therefore perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 500 g Low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g Oatmeal (delicate)
  • 250 g Oatmeal (coarse)
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Mix eggs and curd cheese

Add 2 eggs and 500 g low-fat curd cheese to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 3.

Add and mix dry ingredients

Add 250 g delicate oatmeal, 250 g coarse oatmeal, 1 packet of baking powder and 1 tsp of salt to the mixing bowl. Instead of the standard knife, insert the Patix dough knife. Mix for 2 min./kneading level.

Fill dough into loaf pan

Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and spread evenly. A proofing time is not necessary, as the bread does not contain yeast.

Bake bread

Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air. Bake the bread for about 1 hour.
