Description

This parson's cutlet is a hearty main course for the whole family. Tender pork cutlets are baked in a creamy sauce with peppers, mushrooms and herb cream cheese. Preparation with the Thermomix® is quick and easy, so the dish is on the table in about 45 minutes. Ideal for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 600 g Pork cutlet
  • 200 g Onions
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 20 g Oil
  • 1 Stück red pepper
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Herb cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 TL Vegetable stock
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Put 200g onions into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 20g oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add peppers and mushrooms

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 red pepper (in pieces) and 200g mushrooms (in slices) to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting
8 min/212°F/Speed 2 212°F Reverse

Add 200g herb cream cheese, 100ml cream, 100ml milk, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 1 tsp paprika powder, salt and pepper to the peppers and mushrooms in the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./100°C/speed 2 reverse.

Fry meat

Fry 600g pork cutlet in a separate pan with a little oil until golden brown.

Mix meat and sauce

Place the fried pork cutlets in a casserole dish and pour the sauce from the mixing bowl over them.

Bake cheese

Sprinkle 100g grated cheese over the casserole and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
