Description

This simple Pasta al Limone recipe is a quick and delicious main course, ideal for after work. The creamy lemon sauce with Parmesan perfectly coats the pasta. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 piece Onion, small
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Parsley, freshly chopped

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Add 1 small onion, peeled and quartered, and 1 clove of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Deglaze with white wine

Deglaze with 100 ml white wine and simmer for 2 min./100°C/speed 1 without the measuring cup.

Add cream and lemon juice

Add 200 ml cream and 4 tbsp lemon juice and simmer for 3 min./90°C/speed 1.

Season and add Parmesan

Season with salt and pepper. Add 50 g freshly grated Parmesan and stir in for 1 min./60°C/speed 2.

Fold in pasta

Add 400 g cooked pasta to the mixing bowl and fold in for 2 min./reverse/speed 1.

Arrange Pasta al Limone on plates and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
