Description

This simple pasta dish with white beans and olives is a real filler and super quick to prepare. I like to make it when things need to be done quickly again. The combination of the creamy beans, the salty olives and the slight spiciness of the chili is simply unbeatable. If you like, you can grate some fresh Parmesan over it. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. And the best thing: it's also vegetarian!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic clove
  • 1 piece Chili pepper, red, chopped (as desired)
  • 1 can Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can Beans, white
  • 80 g Olives, black, pitted, sliced
  • 0.1 etwas Basil or parsley, chopped
  • 300 g Salt and pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Add a chopped onion and a large clove of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add tomatoes and chili

Add a small, chopped, red chili pepper (as desired) and a small can of diced tomatoes (approx. 400 g) along with the juice to the mixing bowl and simmer for 30 min./100°C/speed 1. Push down with the spatula.

Add beans and olives

Add a small can of white beans (drained) and 80 g of black, pitted olives in slices to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Season with salt and pepper and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
