Description
Quick and easy pasta dish with a creamy pepper sauce.
Ingredients (11 ingredients)

1 Stück Onion

1 Zehe Garlic

1 EL Oil

1 Stück Pepper

250 g Sieved tomatoes
-
100 g Cream cheese
-
0.5 TL Salt
-
0.25 TL Pepper
-
0.5 TL Paprika powder
-
1 TL Agave syrup
-
200 g Pasta, cooked
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Put onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Add and chop pepper
Add pepper in pieces and chop for 3 sec./speed 4.
Cook sauce
Add sieved tomatoes, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika powder and agave syrup and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.
Puree sauce
Puree sauce for 15 sec./speed 8.
Mix pasta with sauce
Add cooked pasta to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
