Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare dough
Put flour, baking powder, butter, sugar and eggs into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 minutes/kneading setting.
Let the dough rest
Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Prepare chocolate cream
Put butter, chocolate, sugar and egg yolk into the mixing bowl and stir for 3 minutes/50°C/speed 2.
Whisk butter, sugar and egg yolk until fluffy
Put butter and sugar in the mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minutes/speed 3 until fluffy. Then add the egg yolk and stir for another 30 seconds/speed 3.
Stir in chocolate
Add the chocolate cream to the butter-sugar-egg yolk mixture and stir in for 30 seconds/speed 2.
