Description

A classic German dessert with pudding, whipped cream, rum and grated chocolate.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 0.5 l Milk
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • Vanilla pudding (cream flavor)
  • 2.5 Schnapsgläser Rum
  • 0.25 l Cream
  • Block chocolate

Prepare pudding

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1/2 l Milk, 2-3 tbsp Sugar and Vanilla pudding powder to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./100°C/speed 2 without measuring cup.

Stir pudding

10 sec/Speed 3

Stir the cooled pudding for 10 sec./speed 3. Pour out of the mixing bowl.

Whip cream

Thermomix® Setting
2-3 min/Speed 3.5

Add 1/4 l Cream with the butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl and whip for 2-3 min./speed 3.5 until stiff. Remove butterfly whisk.

Fold in cream and rum

Carefully fold the whipped cream and 2 1/2 - 3 shot glasses of Rum into the pudding with the spatula.

Grate chocolate

Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and insert the coarse disc. Grate the block chocolate through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the cut material.

Fold in chocolate

Also carefully fold in the grated block chocolate with the spatula.
