  • Fine salt
  • Paprika
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 c. à s. Olive oil
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Green pepper
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper

Preparation of the peppers

The red, green and yellow peppers must be grilled, peeled, seeded and cut into strips. This step can be done in the oven or on a hob.

Preparation of the tomato

Peel and seed the tomato, then cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
