A quick and easy minced meat and leek dish.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

500 g Minced meat, mixed

1 piece Leek stick(s)

1 piece Onion(s)

20 g Oil
-
200 ml Vegetable stock
-
200 g Processed cheese
-
200 ml Cream
-
1 pinch Salt
-
1 pinch Pepper
-
1 pinch Nutmeg, grated
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop onions
Peel and halve the onions and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Sauté onions
Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
Prepare leek
In the meantime, clean the leek, halve it lengthwise and cut into slices.
Fry meat
Fry the minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly and season with salt and pepper.
Add leek and meat
Add leek, fried minced meat, vegetable stock, processed cheese, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the mixing bowl. Cook for 10 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
Season and serve
Season the minced meat leek pan and serve.
