Description

The Asian minced meat pan with cabbage is a quick and lactose-free main course from the Thermomix®. With white cabbage, carrots, ground beef, ginger and soy sauce, a delicious one-pot pan is created in just 30 minutes. The recipe is designed for 2 servings and is ideal for quick, light cuisine. Thanks to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, it is perfect for everyday use.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 kleiner White cabbage
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Stück Ginger (thumb-sized)
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 4 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Sesame oil
  • 3 EL Sweet chili sauce

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop vegetables

Add white cabbage, spring onions and carrots to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 4. Transfer.

Chop ginger and garlic

Add ginger and garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Sauté vegetables

Sauté the ginger and garlic with 1 tbsp sesame oil for 3 min./120°C/level 1. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 5 min./120°C/reverse/level 1.

Fry minced meat

Fry the minced meat in a separate pan.

Add sauce and mix

2 min/212°F/Gentle stir speed 212°F Reverse

Add the fried minced meat to the vegetables in the mixing bowl. Add soy sauce and sweet chili sauce and mix for 2 min./100°C/reverse/gentle stir setting.
